weightgain normal or abnormal?
hey, I'm a 21 year old girl and in the past 3 years I've gained quite some weight. I went from a BMI 20 to a BMI 25 which is the border to overweight. I'm really concerned since I didn't change my food habits or sport habits. I actually eat healthier than before during weekends because me and my boyfriend experiment with vegan foods and sugar/fat free foods so I should lose weight instead of gaining it. is this normal?
