Have any of you had bacterial vaginosis(BV) treated in Early pregnancy?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and just got prescribed antibiotics for BV and I’ve read so much that the antibiotics can cause miscarriage? Has anyone had this early pregnancy? And if so did you treat  it and with what antibiotics? Did your pregnancy remain okay? Thank you so much! I’m stressing and crying right now over this.

I was like 5 weeks and had to do the gel inserted every night before bed for the same thing. Never had symptoms. Never had an issue. Baby is happy and healthy!

Well I believe its more dangerous not being treated... my sister had UTI when pregnant and got antibiotics, her baby is 2 years now.. I also got prescribed antibiotics because of UTI I just started them today so icant tell you if it’s same for me. That’s just my opinion.

I was treated and had no issues and now my son is almost 2 . Like a lot of these women have said it’s more dangerous to not treat it.

They give you a gel to insert for how ever many days. Not treating it could cause a miscarriage though!
