11 dpo? Signs of pregnancy?

HELP?!?! Breast tenderness and little raised bumps on areola's, frequent urination(30min-1hour), mild cramps, mild headaches, sick feeling towards certain smells, constipation, lower back aches on and off, odd cravings, creamy/watery/milky white discharge, mood swings, and sleeper then normal.

I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this also at 11dpo. I took a test yesterday but couldn't tell if it was a vvvvvvvvvvvvvfl or indent. Testing again in 4-5 when af is due.
