Could this be a false positive?

Long story short I was put on lovenox about 2 weeks ago because of some genetic conditions and difficulty conceiving. About 4 days ago I began reacting to the lovenox and for some unknown reason it turned into a full anaphylactic reaction yesterday requiring IV Benadryl, dexamethasone and Pepcid. I then started reacting again after discharge at the allergist and was given 5 Zyrtec and an epi pen in my thigh. I took a second dose of Benadryl last night. In all the hoopla no one tested me for pregnancy. I had thought I started my period some brown blood mixed with cervical mucus in the morning but when I took my Lena cup out at the end of the day nothing was in it. We’ve been actively trying and I’ll call the doctor when they open but what are the chances this is a false positive? The new medication they want me to take today for the blood disorder isn’t safe for pregnancy. Oh the photo was taken before the 3-5 mark those lines ended up being almost equal color. I would be one day late today. I also took a second test positive same urine as well
