No More Birth Control

I’m married, 3 kids under 7. I’m tired of being on birth control. I take the patches. I tried all temp methods, pills, patches, and the depo shot. I can’t lose weight on any of the above, definitely not the depo shot. I’m not ready for the procedures of getting my tubes tied burned clipped, sticking them other birth control things up my cooch. I’m so over this all. My husband and I are very sexually active, I don’t want anymore kids and condoms are out of the question. Pulling out method doesn’t work either.. my husbands pull out game is non existing. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️
