Miscarriage Coming?

I made it to 6 weeks. We saw the baby and the us tech said she saw a flicker of a heartbeat. I went in a week later for another us check up and was told they couldn’t see the heart beat and to expect to miscarry soon. I was told to stop my progesterone suppositories as it could prolong the process. Three days after that appointment I had spotting twice when I wiped after using the bathroom. Then the next day (today) I had brown spotting when wiping once so far. No cramping or anything. Has anyone gone back in and had a miracle finding the heart beat again? I’m supposed to go back in Thursday. Today is Saturday.
