Anemia type symptoms no anemia

I want to put it out there that I have had bloods done. They came back fine.

I just keep getting really short of breath, heart palpitations and extreme exhaustion (like worse than standard prego exhausted)

I’m not having panic attacks and my anxiety manifests differently!

I don’t know what’s wrong with me! The only thing I can think is that I’ve over done it.

I feel like I can’t do anything because it all just floors me!

I certainly can’t drive like this!
