So my husband and I have started house hunting because we have officially way out grown our rental. It is 3 bed rooms and I have two kids in each room plus the 8 month old in with us. We are due in June. I am so frustrated we got preapproved for 225000 which is a nice house here in Ohio but there is nothing on the market and we have to stay in the town we live in now that is unfortunately only 11 square miles. When something is listed it goes into contract the same exact day! I am getting stressed we will never find something that will work for us. I’ve been crying all day over it I am sure because of pregnancy hormones mostly. Thanks for listening to me complain.
