Yesterday was the worst day of my pregnancy. I woke up with a blinding migraine plus nausea/vomiting. Couldn’t walk or barely open my eyes. Went on for 24 hours before I ubered to the ER at 5 am today where they gave me IV fluids, a steroid, Benadryl and Dilaudid. I have two questions.

1. What aside from Tylenol (maxed out recommended dosage, doesn’t work at all) has worked for any of you ladies for severe migraines during pregnancy?

2. Heard the baby’s HR by Doppler and it was 144. Does that seem low for 10+3? It was 150 at 8 weeks.
