Pressure on my bladder and bleeding

So this has been happening for awhile, not consistently but it happens. Today it was soooo bad I couldn’t even walk. It was unbearable. It feels like there’s heavy pressure on my Bladder. It wasn’t a period cramp either. Also, my discharge today was dark and for the past couple days my discharge has been smelling really bad. I’m also spotting. Help!!!!
