8 week sono confusion?!?! HELP

So yesterday I went in to get our sono done. I was 8 weeks exactly. There is a dot above the baby. Can someone explain to me what that is?!?? Is it a hidden twin?! Twins run high in our families.

I got an ultrasound done at 8 weeks 5 days and the lady said it was the yoke sac

This is my rainbow baby at 8.4 weeks! I had my first ultrasound a couple days ago on Thursday! I think the little dot above babies head is the sac - hard to see cause she has the stuff for measurements around it! But if I’m guessing it I think my little dot above babies head is the sac
