Help!!!

Ok so I had my first appointment the other day I was exactly 10 weeks they did the pelvic exam and Pap smear and all the usual stuff then did a real quick ultrasound just to make sure the baby looked the way it should for 10 weeks and had a heartbeat which it did she said it was about 160 but after the pelvic exam I had bleeding which it stopped before I even left the doctors office. She told me I might have some spotting which I did and still kinda do my appointment was 2 days ago and the spotting is all brown but there is also this mucusy stuff coming out as well... should I be alarmed??? I have very slight cramping nothing major?? I don’t know what to do help please!!
