Nausea and GI issues as labor symptom?

Did anyone have this? I didn’t have any nausea at all with this pregnancy. Today I felt like total garbage. Was gassy, had 3 bowel movements, and had extreme nausea. It wasn’t food poisoning because I was with other people who ate the same foods and no one else got sick. I googled it and saw that it said that these could be common symptoms a day or so before going into labor. Did that happen to anyone and did it in fact lead to labor shortly after? I’m 37 weeks and 3 days. Thank you!
