Is this normal?

Hey everyone!

I just have a quick question. I'm 13dpo today and have my first drs appointment Monday to confirm everything. Ive had moderate cramping and pulling sensations in my lower abdomen. On all of my tests that I have taken my lines get darker every couple of days. My question is, I went to pee earlier and I noticed some light pink spotting. It is making me nervous. Is that normal or signs that it won't be a viable pregnancy? Thanks for your opinions! I will talk to my Dr Monday I just need some reassurance as this is my first pregnancy after trying for 5 years and fighting with pcos for 10 years. Also, my missed period should be Monday as well.
