So my daughter loves her unicorn lovey (small blanket with unicorn head). If we put her to bed (crib next to my bed) with lovey, she falls asleep on her own holding it. As soon as she is outcold we take lovey away for the night.

She is currently going through sleep regression and is up a lot.

My question: when can I just let her sleep the whole night with lovey?

I feel like she could self soothe when she wakes up in the middle of night if I let her have lovey all night but I’m nervous about SIDS
