Large sac for 6 weeks?

I had my first scan yesterday at 5w6d, doctor said the sac looks like 8 weeks and to repeat the ultrasound next week. Please let me know if below report is normal

Sonographer here.  Hard to say this early on.  Was a yolk sac seen? A large sac with no evidence of baby can be an indication of a blighted ovum,  but this early everything might be totally fine and it was just too soon.  I wish docs wouldn't order exams this early. It leads to a lot of unnecessary worry.
