soo period is 4 days late ?

Little back story,

Me and hubby have been trying for a year this month for baby #2 I finally made an obgyn appointment, & it was a few days ago, they checked took blood work & when they checked they found a cyst in my lady part . so I scheduled an ultrasound for Tuesday this upcoming week, super nervous ! I know cyst are normal they say but I just think the worst, anyway I’m 4 days late TODAY! & still a negative test on the dollar store cheapie . Ughh I absolutely hate when my body plays these tricks ☹️☹️☹️
