Lighting Crotch?

I had a random sharp pain in my vagina, it was like a lightening bolt as they describe it with lightning crotch. I looked up sharp pains in that area during pregnancy and that popped up, I’m 29 weeks also high risk, has anyone else had this happen to them? I know it says some don’t experience it. It kind of worried me due to it saying labor being close, when I have 11 more weeks to go, I have an appointment Monday, should I ask to be checked or just leave it alone as it could just be normal? She’s been very low, as in when I feel her kick, it feels like she’s kicking my vagina at how low she feels.
