Vomted my prenatals. Take again or skip.?

Im writing this while sitting on my bathroom floor by the toilet. Feeling like i have. (Had to throw up) I threw up before i got finish wring this post. 
Anyways i had just taken my prenatals like maybe 30 min ago. I just threw them up. I could taste them as i was throwing up. Should i retake them or just skip for tonight.?

I have wondered the same thing. I just skip until the next day because I was unsure if it was safe to retake. Best wishes!

If you dont have them already, I found switching to a gummy prenatal helped a lot with the nausea. So much easier on your stomach :)

I would rather skip than over dose on one of the mineral, to much of certain vitamins aren’t good for you, better safe than sorry :)

Skip it.
My prenatals have been the cause of me throwing up within about a half hour to an hour after taking them. I think because it's too much iron when I try taking them both in a day. You don't want to overdo it with some of the minerals you already absorbed and it could just make you sick again if you try taking it again so soon.

If you took it half hour ago, don’t take it again. It’s unlikely you threw it up.
