What is this pain?!

So I'm 31 weeks pregnant, and I had a c section with my last pregnancy. Well these last few days every time baby moves i get a pretty decent pain around my incision scar? Like it burns, and it literally makes me cringe and brace. I dont have a low pain tolerance either but it's enough to make my entire body tense up.

Has anyone else felt this with pregnancies after a c section? Is it something I should be worried about or is this normal? I usually dont have any feeling in that part of my abdomen either because of the c section, so this has definitely taken me off guard Haha.
