Could my HG be back?!!...

I was given cyclizine at 8 weeks due to horrendous nausea and sickness, at this point I wasn’t told it was hyperemesis. And at 15 weeks I ran out of cyclizine thinking I won’t need it now I’m in my 2nd trimester. I started to be sick and couldn’t stop!! I ended up in A&E twice in one day for 2 lots of IV and anti sickness to stop me throwing up. I was given a load more cyclizine and at 24 weeks I started to feel normal again. I managed to come off my tablets and didn’t have a day where I felt even slightly nauseous.

I’m now 27 weeks and the nausea started to get worse a few days ago and now I’ve started to throw up again😔

Is it normal for it to come back?

I really thought I’d gotten over it and was going to be able to enjoy the rest of the pregnancy. I’m hoping it’s just a blip and tomorrow I’ll be fine again, but here’s hoping.
