Dizzy
Anyone else dizzy? I was doing the food shopping for the first time after having bubs. Was a lot of walking and gee I was so dizzy and light headed. I over did it. Bubs is three weeks old but my hips took a pounding during birth being left occupit transverse. I dont know how to fix the dizziness.
