What happens during 12 week appointment

My 12 week appointment is in a few weeks but they didn’t say what they would be doing. What usually happens during a 12 week appointment?

If it’s not your first appt then it’s short and easy. Check weight and blood pressure hear the heart beat and basically make sure you are okay. Mine was about 15 minutes total

Mine was just weight and blood pressure check then a quick ultrasound.

It’s usually just a regular ob appointment. They just check baby’s heart rate and check to make sure everything’s going the way it’s supposed to.
