🌈Rainbow due Dec 2019
After losing my daughter 6 hours after birth on 28th September 2018, born full term, with CDH. I have just found out I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby, periods due tomorrow so hopefully won't show, I'm so so scared that something will happen. I love you baby so much already please please stay ❤️🌈.
