5 weeks pregnant having nipple discharge?

This is my first pregnancy and I literally took the test yesterday and found out. But today I was picking the crustys off of my nipple rings (sorry if that seems gross 😅) but while I was doing that I noticed a whitish yellow drop coming from my nipple, I wiped it off and squeezed my nipple and another drop came out. I wiped that off with my finger and tried smelling it but it had no smell, and nothing else is coming out of my nipple now and my other nipple isnt doing the same thing.

Has anyone else had this happen so early? Because I thought this was supposed to happen in a later trimester, my nipples and breasts haven't even gotten tender yet.
