Losing weight...
I’m almost 4m postpartum. I’m gaining all my pre-pregnancy weight back and I’m hating myself for it. I wish I could look into a mirror and just be happy with what I see. Are there any helpful tips anyone can give to help this new mamma of twins? I’m so tired so I don’t really work out. I have been goin on walks now with the boys since it’s getting nicer where we live (NJ). Ive also been trying to eat healthier but its hard. (Portion size is my biggest problem). Please help.
