14 weeks and bleeding.

I’ve been on and off bleeding and spotting for about 3 weeks. With 2 trips to the hospital and everything looks good. And my gynecologist said It’s not anything to worry about even though it’s hard not to worry. I have heard the heartbeat and I had a harmony test that said she wasn’t at risk for any genetic problems. It’s been brown recently and sometimes dark red. Has anyone had anything like this?
