I need your help! Read and vote on this OPK

I just started my first round of Femara this month. I failed my 21 day progesterone bloodwork yesterday with a 2.20 level and was absolutely devastated. I have PCOS and my cycles are usually 45 days long. Today is CD 22, which would technically be about halfway through my usual cycle. Is this possible on Femara??? To ovulate AFTER CD 21 lab work? I am going to talk to my doctor tomorrow about it, but what do y’all think? Looks pretty dang positive to me! I’ve never had a positive one before but my boobs hurt so bad today and I was convinced I had to try one of these again.
