Does he like me?

So I have a crush on one of my best friends. And I told him a couple of months ago that I liked him. He told me that he didn’t like me. I thought that things would be awkward but instead we actually got closer. He is always flirting with me. He like winks and sticks his tongue out at me and he says flirty things all he time. And sometimes he’ll joke that likes me back. But he always insists that he doesn’t like me. Whenever I talk about other guys he gets super jealous and he always asks me if I still like him. I just don’t understand him.
