I am shocked..
These pictures are taken almost a year apart. After I had my miscarriage, I just stopped caring about myself. In January I decided I was going to do something about it, I started slow and eventually transitioned into an “un-strict” keto diet. I say not strict, because some days I’ll have more carbs than my macros call for. I have been doing this for about a month, and look at the difference! *i look slouched in the other pic cause I have bad posture but even when I slouched and pushed out it didn’t look even close to the other pic! #imsoexcited! I finally think this going to be worth it. 🙏🏻🙌🏻 down 17.5 lbs 🌻
