How many hits off a oil pen does it take 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have pretty high tolerance, been smoking 1-2 blunts a day for the past 3 months but I just took 15 hits off a pen and i still feel pretty much normal. I got tko extracts in cookies 👌🏽 bubble moves steadily so it's cut , prob 60% thc or more, maybe I just can't get high off oil😭
