Dizziness

Th

I’ve been having some serious issues with dizziness/lightheaded ness. So bad that this last Wednesday many husband took my to the ER because I couldn’t stand up without falling over.

All my tests came back normal. I drink so much water everyday, don’t consume caffeine or unnecessary sugars except for the occasional treat. They came to the conclusion that my body become extra relaxed because of the natural relaxant being released during pregnancy and my blood vessels didn’t have enough pressure to carry adequate oxygen to my brain fast enough. Which is apparently normal during pregnancy? My worry is that it’s been happening a lot lately and I work a physical job, lifting, lots of walking, on my feet all day mostly. It’s interfering with my ability to work and there’s only so much light duty you can do in construction. How do I handle this? I get to work I don’t even want to stand because I can feel a dizzy spell coming on and I’ve got a whole 10 hours a day of it. Sometimes laying down is the only thing that really makes it subside. I don’t know what to do. If I take a leave of absence now, my insurance will run out before baby gets here and they haven’t added me to my husbands yet. Any advice?
