Extreme morning sickness the thought of water makes me sick

I’m 8 weeks 3 days and my morning sickness is TERRIBLE before becoming pregnant I worked out 5 days a week and drank at least a gallon a day. My question is what did you do to stay hydrated I know I’m supposed to be drinking a ton but I literally get sick . I’ve tied room temp, ice cold, ice chips, Powerade even.... Idk what to do I currently can’t stop thinking about a slushy but don’t want all the sugar help! I want a healthy pregnancy and to finally feel better but idk what to do to keep it down
