Endo advice

So I just found out I have endometriosis. I did the surgery Friday. Dr said it was pretty bad. He basically said if we want to have kids we should do it now because when it comes back it may be really hard or impossible and he’s not sure how soon it’ll come back. He got most of it out. But he couldn’t get all of it. This was just not in our plans for now and I have no idea where to start. My cycles are always so different I don’t even know when I ovulate or anything.
