Endometriosis signs?

Girls with endo, what early signs/symptoms did you notice? What made you first suspect that you had it? What made doctors suspect that you had it? I feel like I might have endo, but I honestly have no idea. I'm just curious what you guys experienced.

I’m in the same boat, I’m having trouble to conceive and had blood tests to check for things and ruled out, but I’ve always had terrible periods and horrific cramp. I’ve got low progesterone and apparently that can happen with endo, I get a lot of stomach pain on one side of my tummy and pain during sex in certain positions. I’m due to get either a HSG or key whole surgery to check. But most of my symptoms seem to be the same as endo!

When my boyfriend and I would have sex, I would have a little bit of pain but not enough for me to concern. Then one day the pain becames so horrible I almost threw up and could barely walk. Thats when I knew something was wrong and I had to go see a doctor.
