Incontinence?

Hey everyone,

I’m 3 weeks pp and I think I’ve got some incontinence (both urinary and fecal). Is this only temporary? I had a complex vaginal tear, so I imagine things are still healing up downstairs but I’d love to hear if anyone else has had similar issues. I’m hoping it clears up with time and kegels.

The urinary is more like I feel like I’m not emptying my bladder and it leaks after I go to the bathroom. The fecal is “when you gotta go, you gotta go”.

Postpartum recovery is wild, eh?
