preseed?

so i have a healthy 4 year old little boy got pregnant pretty easy and never had any complications during that pregnancy.. we started trying over a year ago and go pregnant and that month i used preseed we ended up having to have a d&c in december which absolutely broke our hearts we started trying again in february and i got a positive pregnancy test last tuesday and today got my period so i had a chemical pregnancy and we also used preseed this cycle .. has anyone else used preseed and had pregnancy end in miscarriage and/or chemical? i don’t think ill ever use preseed again.. we didn’t use it when we got pregnant with our now 4 yo
