How to get rid of this headache?? 😩

I have a terrible headache and it won't go away, even when I sleep. Tylenol is crap and doesn't really do much. Does anyone have ANY advice? 😭 I miss Ibuprofen....

Did you give up coffee for your pregnancy? A cup of coffee is perfectly safe according to my doctor and always does wonders for my headaches

I have a gel eye mask I freeze and put in my forehead/head it’s the only thing that helps

For my migraines since I can't take my prescription the neurologist told me to take magnesium every day and of course drink tons of water

I had constant migraines with my son. Dr said once in a while unison OR Tylenol pm is ok so you can at the least sleep. Some essential oils are ok with dilution.
