What tampons should I try?

Hey ladies. I always grew up wearing pads on my period. All my friends use tampons and they swear by them. I want to give tampons a try. So my question is what tampons do u recommend me to try? And if u ladies have any tricks or tips when using the tampons.

I like the kotex U brands, their applicators are super smooth. I also like the playtex sport-also very smooth. I only have leaks if it’s really heavy and if it’s really heavy I usually just use a pad because I go through a super tampon in like an hour 😅

Oh also a little tip, always wear a liner. They also make them for thongs. But some is bound to leak out and it will stain so.. liners!
