When you eat an edible cookie, do you eat the whole thing or a few bites??

I've only ate an edible once and I was like a cereal bar I ate a few bites waited 2 hours and nothing then after i ate the entire thing and still felt nothing so maybe it was a dud, anyway I'm getting more today and wanna know how much you're supposed to eat?

Typically 10-20 milligrams work for most people. Once in a while, probably about 1 in every 15 people or so are missing the enzyme they need to efficiently process edibles, so it requires them well over 100mg to even feel anything sometimes. 
Another pro tip: unlike alcohol, edibles will take almost no effect at all if you have an empty stomach. THC is fat soluble, so you want to have to food in your system in order for it to help metabolize

If it’s ur first time an edible and it has more than 3mg of THC, nibble on it. You want to test out how you react to it little by little. 
Edible eating golden rule: You can always eat more but you can’t un-eat it.
