8 dpt shot and 7 dpo boobs on fire

I’m 8 dpt shot and 7 dpo. I did clomid 100mg days 5-9 and triggered day 15 with 2 mature follicles on each side measuring 22mm. Started progesterone after ovulation. I’m still getting faint lines but getting lighter. My boobs are on fire. Insomnia is beating me up. Fatigued all day. I get things done in my home early so that I can just stay in bed the rest of the day. I’m an active person and feeling like crap. Praying for my rainbow baby after 3 miscarriages and 2 1/2 years ttc 🙏🏽
