Trying to conceive but extremely irregular periods.

My boyfriend and I are trying to start our family. And we’ve done everything we can but that only thing stopping us is my period... I’ve seen my gyn and primary doctor but no one is helping me. I’ve tried things that regulate me for a month or 2 and then it stops working. I’m new to the whole trying thing and i was wondering if we could still get pregnant even if i haven’t had my period in almost 3 months?
