Stopping low dose aspirin?

So after two mc last year my doctor agreed to my idea of starting low dose aspirin when I got pregnant the next time. I’m currently 10 weeks and things are going great - however, I’m concerned about gastrointestinal bleeding and other issues that can arise when being on aspirin for extended periods of time. I’m not even sure my doctor is aware I’m on aspirin because we discussed it a year ago and I somehow forgot to mention it at my 9 week appointment. I don’t have any blood clotting disorder that I’m aware of as I was never tested for one - we have no family history of blood clothing issues either. I’m overall very healthy, it was more my peace of mind why I wanted the aspirin in the first place. 
Has anyone started their pregnancy on the lose dose aspirin and then stopped it? I’ll be bringing all this up to my doctor in 3 weeks at my appointment but I’m curious if anyone has successfully stopped the aspirin without anything bad happening. Obviously I’m just concerned that if I stopped that it would cause me to lose this baby too.

After 4 recurrent miscarriages, I was also prescribed low dose asprin as soon as i had a positive pregnancy test as well as 5mg of folic acid. Stopped the folic acid after 3 months but continued with asprin up until due date. Have done this with both my girls and currently 33weeks and 3 days, and still taking it daily. I was also tested for clotting disorder etc and havent got it.

I would not stop taking it until talking to your dr. You can call and ask to speak to a nurse if you want to. I’m on low dose aspirin and was with my pregnancy with my son as well. I took it my entire pregnancy and even after birth for a few weeks.

The only people that do low dose aspirin are ones that are told to take it. You need to tell your doctor right away. Aspirin is a blood thinner and if not prescribed it can cause issues like you mentioned. I took it due to a pelvic vein issue and had to do injectable blood thinners

Ive been taking 2 81mg of aspirin since like 6wks for pre-e prevention and I’m not 32+4 I forgot to ask when to stop cause I know I will need to soon but I haven’t had any problems or any bleeding. Plus my bp has been amazing 😉
