Do you allow your little ones to watch tv

I’m guilty of allowing her to watch kid shows in the morning while I’m trying to get everything situated. She sits there with a smile on her face looking amused, it amazes me lol. I say she gets 15 minutes a day of screen time and the rest we play. Do you think it’s okay or harmful for her at almost 3 months. Also it’s not everyday

To each their own- our 2 year old watches cartoons every morning while I take care of the baby, our dogs, and have coffee. If our 3 month old looks at the screen during I don’t care. there’s so much damn pressure on parents these days, screen time is part of life now and the era we live in. I say do what works for you!

Yep! Our little guy loves Mickey mouse, pj masks and paw patrol! He Plays with his toys on his bouncer while watching or swings and watches and he'll nap that way. It's nice to be able to set him down and either have me time or get a few things done and it's super nice to hear cartoons playing again! (It's been a while.) 😊

I just talk to my pediatrician about this. She said it’s totally fine as long as your LO isn’t close up watching it.

Do whatever works for you! Don’t put pressure on yourself it’s hard enough without worrying about 15 mins of tv! I sit my 16 month old in front of that tv every morning so I can have a shower and a cup of tea! Your doing an amazing job!

my son watches tv 24/7. its the one thing that calms him. teen titans go & peppa pig are his favorite.

Little one is fine🤷🏻‍♀️ my oldest two have always had screen time an they are now 11 and 8 and honor roll students with straight a’s . The goal is to keep them from sitting in front of a tv all honestly. A little bit here and there is fine. I’d do crazy if my kids had never watched tv lol

My son is only 3 months and he watches cartoons every morning while i get his stuff around and myself for daycare and work and hes doing great keeping up with all his milestones.. i wouldnt worry to much its part of our centry and technology is only going to be more and more apart of our lives
