Normal or need to see a dr?

So im 7 months pp... i delivered vaginally amd had a 35 hour labor, 5 hours of it was pushing, and towards the end i felt a SHARP stabbing pain in my right side below my ribs. I told them when i was pushing it was excruciating and they said her foot wasnt there, so they didnt know. They never brought it back up. Ever since i get these sharp stabbing pains but lower, right where my ovaries are. It happens especially after sex. My periods are also this horribly weighted feeling in my vagina, almost like having another baby. Could something have gone wrong and overlooked or are these normal pp pains??
