🛑 So scared of Mirena
I got my Mirena put in yesterday. Barely felt anything. Ultrasound showed that it’s in the correct place. My anxiety is just all over the place about it. I’m so terrified of it embedding into my uterus, moving into my stomach, anywhere it shouldn’t be. I keep thinking of the story of the woman who lost her toes & fingers after her IUD ended up in her liver. What are the chances of this happening? Someone please tell me something to ease my mind!
