A friend just announced her 3rd baby and she used a picture of her 2nd next to a sign that said, "Promoted to Big Brother".

For baby number 2's Gender reveal we wanted to do something simple so I picked up a large Easter egg at Walmart for 1$ and painted it matte black with pink and blue Polka dots. I put candy inside that is blue ( easter Hershey kisses) which ever lucky cousin finds it during the egg hunt gets to announce the gender after opening it. You could do this idea  and write with chalk marker on it that your family is " eggspecting" number 3 . The egg I bought had a flat spot on one side so there is enough room to write on it if you wanted.
