I get this really badly before AF comes too, all over my chest and up my collar bone area! Maybe a sign but could also just be af mixing things up! Good luck :)

Yup, I get this and back zits leading up to AF. Sometimes it's worse than  other months. And some months I dont get it at all! Damn hormones!!! This past month, my back was a mine field! So annoying.
