No CM 7dpo

Hi all! So I posted before that this is mine and my fiancé’s first month ttc (I have 3 children from a previous marriage) and normally I have a ton of lotion like CM from the time I ovulate until my period starts. My cervix is also usually really high until right before AF arrives. Well I know we covered my entire fertile window but I’m worried it didn’t work because I have virtually no CM (no IB either) and my cervix is low (closer to medium) but it feels kind of swollen? I’ve always heard if you conceive it stays super high and that you’ll have a lot of CM. Has anyone had the opposite and still gotten a bfp? I’m so anxious 😩😩😩
