Please help me!

Okay so I’m only 14 and I’ve never ever been big into makeup (I’ve only worn it when someone else puts it on me for a very special event) and I’ve absolutely never put it on myself. I know how to use mascara and I know how to use the lip stuff. I’m halfway clueless on blush (you just put it on your cheeks...?) and I’m absolutely clueless on wtf powder is, how to use concealer, why “eye pencils” exist, and how to use the “multi finish shadow palette” thing I got. Please someone help me 😩💜
